Antimicrobials on ADC Override List for Febrile Neutropenia, Sepsis, and/or Septic Shock

I am interested in learning how other organizations manage access to broad-spectrum antimicrobials for time-sensitive conditions, such as febrile neutropenia, sepsis, and septic shock.

Please respond by Thursday, 9/3/26, if possible.

1) Do you have cefepime, meropenem, or other antimicrobial(s) available on your ADC override list? If so:
-Which antimicrobial(s) are available on override?
-What override category(ies) or group(s) are assigned to these medications (e.g., Basic, ED, Critical Care, Oncology)?
-Were there any specific considerations that supported inclusion on the override list?

2) If your organization does NOT allow overriding for these indications, do you have an alternative process in place to facilitate urgent/emergent access? If so, I would appreciate any details you are willing to share.
