Concentrated Electrolyte

Hello everyone,

I would appreciate your input regarding **pharmacist competency for the preparation of concentrated electrolytes**.

Should the preparation of concentrated electrolytes be listed as a **specific competency** within the pharmacist competency assessment/validation process, with the pharmacist required to demonstrate competency before being authorized to perform this activity independently?

I would also appreciate any references, standards, or institutional practices that address this requirement.
