Heparin in Supply Chain Kits

Good afternoon,

I'm hoping to gather some information on how organizations manage heparin flushes and vials in kits procured and managed by Supply Chain/Materials. If you are willing to share, I'd greatly appreciate a quick response from the choices below:
1. Organization does NOT allow any heparin in kits ordered/managed by Supply Chain.
2. Organization allows heparin flushes ONLY (no vials) in kits ordered/managed by Supply Chain.
3. Organization allows heparin flushes AND vials in kits ordered/managed by Supply Chain.
