Issues with receipt of refill requests in Epic

For those of you who use Epic in the outpatient setting, is anyone experiencing issues with medication refill requests not being received? Specifically, we are seeing that refill requests that are done by patients via a commercial pharmacy app (CVS, Walgreens, etc.) are not being received by our outpatient providers. Sure Scripts is the third part vendor that is being used to process the requests. Patients will tell us that they used their app to request a prescription refill, there will be some type of confirmation that it was received, yet our providers are not getting a refill request. Some patients are being told that the provider is denying the refill (even though we cannot find ANY communication that we even received a request, let alone denied it). Any information is appreciated.
