Magnesium in Broselow tape

It was recently noted that the magnesium concentrations listed in the Broselow tape (AirLife) correspond to either a 4gm/50mL or 4gm/100mL bag and not to the 1gm/2mL vial. Our facility stocks vials of magnesium in crash carts, so the volumes listed would be inappropriate for the vial.
I have reached out to the company for more information but haven't received a response. I'm curious if other facilities stock magnesium compounded bags vs vials in resuscitation carts?
