Has anyone made in changes in handling bodily fluids of patients who are on table 2 antineoplastic agents? Are you still requiring 48H bodily fluid precautions or is an assessment of risk in place? As the table 2 agents are not necessarily being used for oncology purposes, being able to remove the chemo precautions for bodily fluid in these patients would look a little better from the patient perspective- letrozole for ovulation induction in our patients who are then technically being placed on chemo precautions for bodily fluids as are the patients who are using the anti-androgens for gender affirming care.
