NorthStaRX Propofol

We had two providers report patients being awake during endo procedures. One of them said "this batch is requiring twice the amount usually require". The anesthesiologists were using NDC 16714-528-01, NorthStaRx propofol 200mg/20mL. Unfortunately, the vials were tossed so I wasn't able to obtain lot/exp. Anyone else receive similar reports?
