Phenylephrine vials-1 ml, 5ml, 10 ml -Override

We are reviewing our override policy. Current state we have phenylephrine vials on override; however, it is not first line for hypotension and there is safety concerns for having a vial that required dilution on override.

I was hoping organizations would be willing to share your stances on phenylephrine vials on override or share best practices.
