MSOS and ISMP are again collaborating sponsors of the ASHP Medication Safety Collaborative (MSC) at the ASHP 2016 Summer Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland on June 11-15th.  In addition to the ASHP-MSC events, MSOS will again be hosting a members' networking meeting on Sunday from 12:30-1:30 pm (Room 337), and an informal gathering with drinks/small bites on Monday 5:30-7:00 pm in the bar/lounge at the Kona Grill (1 E. A subcommittee of the Medication Safety Officers Society (MSOS) Guidelines Committee worked with ISMP staff to revise the ISMP Guidelines for Safe Preparation of Sterile Compounds that was originally published in 2013. We ask that MSOS members to please provide comments on the proposed revisions by April 10, 2016.
