We invite you to participate in this month's interactive panel discussion on Medication Error Reduction Plans.

Some states require Medication Error Reduction Plans (MERPs). To address recent discussions on the MSOS Discussion Board and provide members with an opportunity to share and ask questions in a live virtual environment, the March Briefing will be dedicated to this topic. The California Department of Public Health has required every licensed general, acute care hospital to establish a MERP since 2002. The CA MERP provides a framework for advancing many error reduction strategies.
