Resources for new start Medication Safety Officer

Hi everyone, I have recently promoted as the medication safety officer in my hospital, I have some previous experience during PGY1 residency but no further training has obtained. I can foresee there will be a lot of challenge in this new position, and I will greatly appreciate if you guys can give me some advice or resources you may recommend to me to prepare myself to pick up this position.
