Medication Safety Pharmacist Interview

I have been tasked with setting up a medication safety team for the hospital.
As deputy-MSO, I have been given the go ahead to hire a few staff members to begin quality improvement projects following Six Sigma methods.
The first hire is a Medication Safety and Quality Pharmacist
I would like some feedback about good interview questions you would ask.
A combination of questions to gave attitude and practical capability for the position.
Maybe examples of questions you were asked when you were hired as MSO.
