Epoprostenol and Treprostinil on a Smart Pump

We are investigating if we can switch over our Epoprostenol and Treprostinil infusions from CADD Legacy 1 pumps to Baxter Spectrum IQ smart pumps. Has anyone done this and are you rounding rates per hour to the nearest tenths place?
