Medication Lock Labels

Good Afternoon,
When a CVC line is locked with a medication such as heparin or an antibiotic, does anybody use a visual flag (e.g., label) or do you rely on the MAR documentation? If you are using visual identification on the line, could you please share a visual of the label. What company makes the labels and please provide ordering information utilized.
