Medication safety metrics

I am new to my medication safety position and am working to establish some metrics that could be tracked and reported at our Medication Safety Committee meetings.

Do any of you have dashboards or metrics that you would be willing to share?

Some I have identified are
-Bedside barcode scanning compliance
-Alaris library compliance
-ADC override rates
-ADE reports numbers/ADEs causing harm
-Controlled substance discrepancies not reconciled within 24hrs
-Alaris metrics / quarterly report ( overrides, harm prevented, etc. )
-Something around nuisance alerts for pharmacists (reduce alert fatigue)
-Med history tech metrics - percentage collected within 4 hrs

I would love to know what your recommendations for 3 or 4 things focus on to get the ball rolling.

Thanks,
Rosie Grover
