ICU Liberation & TJC

Hi everyone,

This is two-part question primarily for Epic users that have adopted the ICU Liberation bundle (utilizing the build from Epic's Foundation System).

1) Have you elected to have the patient's target RASS goal documented/displayed so it shows in the patient storyboard, or are you having it captured primarily within the sedation medication orders (i.e. titrate medication X for a RASS goal of Y)?
2) Has the Joint Commission surveyed you with any focus/review on your ICU Liberation setup and provided feedback/concerns on where and how your RASS goal is recorded?
