Hello All,

Lately, my institution has seen a lot of spore-like floaties in our Fluorouracil 5grams/100ml vials for injection. About 2 months ago I filled out a FDA Medwatch and called the manufacturer multiple times. The manufacturer finally got back to us and was of little help. Has anyone else noticed this? With the drug being on shortage it makes this really difficult, but we also do not want to use it as the package insert directly say so not use if there are floaties. Pictures of the issues are included (all of the pictures represent different vials). We have about 20 affected.
