medication patches daily checks and recording position on body

Hello
With our previous EPMA/CPOE we recorded the location of medication patches on a body map on a supplementary paper chart. This supplementary paper chart also had a section to record daily checks of the patch still being in place.
In our new electronic health record we would like to record the patch location on a body map, as it is more visual than describing the location in words.
We would also like to record that nurses have checked daily that the patch is still in place.

Has anyone used the lines drains and airways (LDA) avatar in Epic for recording the patch location please?
Do other hospitals check the patch location daily and how do you record this please?
Thanks for any insight!
