Exparel Vials w/out Lot/Expiration

FYI - we recently had a large number of Exparel vials make it into circulation that did NOT contain a lot or expiration. We believe they may have come from lot 24-2017 exp 4/2026. We have reported to manufacturer. Sharing for awareness.
