My name is Eman Yonis and I am completing a medication safety rotation with Dr. Michael Dejos, the System Medication Safety Officer of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. We are conducting a brief survey to gather pharmacists' perspectives and experiences regarding the Clozapine REMS program.
