Seeking Input: Safety Measures for Titrated Medication Administration

Hello MSOS Members,

I would appreciate your insight on the following question:

What safeguards does your institution have in place to ensure that titratable medications are administered according to the prescribed titration instructions and are not infused at a faster-than-intended rate?

For additional context, our institution uses B. Braun Infusomat pumps without interoperability, and we are exploring potential process improvements to enhance medication safety due to a recent event.
