Partial Dose from Ready to Administer Bag

In light of ongoing shortages and production labor, our organization is beginning to bring in more "ready to administer" bags like a duplex bag. As a pediatric healthcare system these bags present a challenge when the patient has a specific dose that is not the exact dose in the bag (partial package). What strategies are organizations using to ensure that the patient only receives the ordered patient specific dose from a "ready to administer" bag?
