Hello all,

I just wanted to reach out to those institutions that have HIET protocols and use a more concentrated insulin infusion concentration (e.g., 10 units/mL) for those patients, and ask what safety measures do you have in place to help minimize the opportunity for errors with regards to the standard 1 unit/mL concentration in your hospitals.
