Does anyone currently have a Hospital at Home program? If so can you share how you handle patient own medication orders (labeling, checking integrity, etc.).

For hospitals performing deep brain stimulation, do you allow patients to take their own medications after the procedure? What is your rationale for either yes or no? Thank you.
