Hello,

My institution uses TXA for trauma-transfusion, spine/large ortho surgeries, and OB emergencies. Thus far we have limited infusions to our critical care areas within our IV administration guidelines. I am exploring liberalization toward acute care units in some manner. Polling to see if others allow TXA use on non-ICU floors.
