Does anyone have MMR vaccines loaded in their high risk/labor pyxis machines? Or do you all dispense from pharmacy on request?

We currently have it dispense from pharmacy to avoid an accidental administration to a pregnant patient. However, while evaluating work flow and efficiency during distribution, some were questioning if it could be loaded in pyxis given it would still be secured and the nurse would only be able to pull it under an active order..

Have any of your institutions completed vaccine stability studies to determine stability outside of manufacturer-recommended storage requirements (that you'd be willing to share)? I'm interested to understand whether refrigerated vaccines (storage recommendations 2-8C) that are exposed to temperatures <0C are stable. The vaccine manufacturers I've contacted do not have data/have not studied the vaccines this way and so they cannot support their use in these situations.
