Thank you again to the many hospitals and ambulatory facilities that have already submitted their findings for the ISMP Medication Safety Self Assessment®️ for Perioperative Settings! We know that this has been a particularly challenging time for healthcare practitioners continuing to deal with COVID-19 and many other resource-intensive issues.

If your facility has not yet submitted its findings and would still like to participate in this valuable endeavor, there are only 2 more weeks left! Be sure to submit by the February 11 deadline in order to receive your facility’s weighted scores and to gain access to national aggregate results which can be used to compare your facility to demographically similar organizations. This will be the final submission deadline; ISMP is not able to offer any additional deadline extensions.
