Each year, ISMP celebrates individuals, healthcare organizations, and group collaboratives that have demonstrated an exemplary commitment to medication safety through innovative projects, programs, educational efforts, standard setting, or research. Nominations for this year's awards will be accepted through September 6, 2019. Safety leaders from all healthcare disciplines and practice areas are encouraged to submit--outside and self-nominations are accepted.
