Medication access within a tent?

Our hospitals are going to be erecting tents outside the EDs to increase capacity. They will not be capable of having Automated Dispensing Cabinets in the tents. However, they want to keep a limited number of medications accessible in the tent. How have other organizations handled medication access within a tent?
