IV pump alarm data

A group within my organization that is focused on patient experience wants to review IV alarm data in order to see if they can prevent alarms the patients are hearing at the bedside. We met with the group this morning and discussed our initial thoughts, but we are wondering if any other organizations have a strategy around such data? We use Alaris.
