Triprostonil (Remodulin) Process at your organization

Dear all,

Can you please share the workflow you have in place in your respective organizations for the management of patients on triprostonil. While we have a comprehensive procedure, I am looking at developing a quick reference guide on best practices for management of such patients (mini checklist, patient pump card..etc)
