Auditing Non-Profiled ADMs

Hello,

I was hoping someone could provide information pertaining to the following questions.

1. Do you have any non-profiled Automatic Dispensing Machines (ADMs) in your institution?

If the answer is no, the survey ends here.

2. Do you audit medications pulled from ADMs against orders in non-profiled areas?

If the answer is no, the survey ends here.

3. If you do audit as above in #2, do you audit only controlled substances or all meds?
a. If you do audit only controlled substances pulled from non-profiled ADMs, what percentage are reviewed?
b. If you do audit all medications pulled from non- profiled ADMs, how do you choose?

An overall percentage?
Certain medication classes?
Certain medications?

Thank you!
