BCMA for meds without barcodes

Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. Our dialysis unit uses ACD solution which does not have a bar code, which was identified with our recent review of bar code scanning compliance. How are organizations managing this? Our product is by Fenwal; is there an available product with a barcode? Initial thoughts are to determine if this can be an exception in our EHR to not require scanning, but is this best practice? Appreciate what others are doing. Thank you!
