BD tubing with DEHP - Alaris Pumps

Hello!

Our institution received an advisory that DEHP was found in the tubing labeled non-DEHP for Alaris pumps above the historical <0.1% threshold. Our institution relies primarily on alaris pumps and have limited options for alternatives.

How are you handling the tubing advisory?
What are you doing for the special populations (neonates, etc)?
How are you infusing medications that require non-DEHP tubing?

Thank you for any ideas you may have!
