Concentrated magnesium sulfate for L&D use

Our L&D department is requesting Magnesium Sulfate 50% injection 5gm/10ml syringes available on override in Omnicell for emergent use in patients presenting with an eclamptic seizure without IV access. Historically, we only provide the IVPB since we avoid stocking concentrated electrolytes in patient care areas. Does anyone stock magnesium sulfate 5 gram syringes in the L&D department? What safety precautions do you have in place?
