Hello,

I apologize in advance for the barrage of questions.....

Curious to know if any of your institutions have converted from dantrolene 20 mg vials to Ryanodex? If so, how did you navigate that with your administration and the extra cost vs. ease of use/safety and timeliness of administration? Also, if any of your institutions do bariatric procedures, have you taken the morbidly obese population into consideration when procuring/stocking kits? Do you stock kits for each of your ICUs, as well? For those of you that have experienced a case of MH, what was your post-acute phase dosing?
