Dispense in Original Container Medications

Hello!

It has been a little while since there were any discussions related to this topic, and was curious if other organizations have any new approaches / unique solutions -

but wondering how other organizations are managing medications that have the manufacturer instructions to "dispense in original container" or "do not remove from original container" in the inpatient practice.

- Do you keep a list of medications that should not be repackaged?
- How are you storing / dispensing?
- Any other tips or guidance or best practice recommendations?
(Our organization uses Epic)

thanks in advance!
Emily
