Documenting Intraop Local Anesthetics

Hi Everyone,

Wondering if providers at your site(s) are documenting use of local anesthetics intraoperatively.

Example: Lidocaine 2% used during carpal tunnel release

If yes:
1. How are they documenting (EHR hard chart vs. BCMA vs. Note vs. Other)?
2. What level of detail is being specified (medication, strength/form, volume, site, and/or exact time of administration)?
