Drug Level Workflow

Hello,

We have recently implemented logic in Epic which notifies pharmacist when a drug level is ordered by a provider. This has shed light on quite a few incorrectly ordered drug levels (e.g., timed inappropriately, duplicate orders, ordered by accident, questionable significance, etc.). In order to better support pharmacists in scrutinizing drug level orders, we are working on creating pharmacist workflow surrounding this, including making drug level reference table. We are curious if other institutions have similar workflow for their pharmacists you’d be willing to share or share which drug level reference you use?

Thank you!
