Event Reporting - Review Process

We are looking to standardize and streamline how our multi-division pharmacy department documents actions taken (or not taken) to reported medication errors. All leaders get daily and weekly reports with medication errors, but information gathered after review & actions taken aren't consistently documented in our reporting system. We use RLDatix, which appears to have a lot of features that we aren't using.

I'm looking for another institution using RLDatix who would be willing to meet with me and share your review processes.
