Haloperidol Deconate vs. Haloperidol Lactate

I am looking for some insight on how your organizations differentiate Haloperidol Deconate vs. Haloperidol Lactate. I looked on the ISMP website and did not see it under the confused medication names list or the LASA.

Tall man lettering?
Bins with lids?
An alert in the EHR/ADC?

All ideas would be helpful!

Thank you,
