We are currently looking at implementing hard stops for a select number of drugs. We are keen for other organisations to share any policy/ procedures or a list of drugs for which you have hard stops in your electronic ordering system(s) to help facilitate this. If you have the rationale for the hard stop, that would be appreciated too.
