Hazardous Medications Roll out /Implementation

Hello,

We (Covenant Health) are implementing The Hazardous Medication PPE Guide and List.
Our questions to the forum are:
1. what education do your organizations have for clinical and non-clinical staff
2. We are having challenges in the following departments/care areas psychiatry, OBS, Continuing care due to the patient population. Are any sites or have any sites experienced challenges when implementing hazardous medications? if so, what have been your mitigating strategies.
3. if you are implemented ( as in your staff use the PPE Guide, and list) when were you implemented?

we have attached our PPE Guide as a reference.
