How do you measure your productivity as a Medication Safety Officer?

We are trying to translate our service into monetary value. Currently we are looking at ways to estimating the cost of medication error. How else are you measuring your productivity as a service? examples like time spent, system changes, policy changes, etc.?
Your feedback is very much appreciated
Also, are in a dedicated medication safety role? How many medication safety officers do you have per hospital bed? Or in general how many officers in your hospital?
