ICU Titration Medication Block Charting

Has anyone implemented the new TJC standard for ICU block charting of titration medications in urgent/emergent situations? What were your challenges? What situations are defined in your policy? Are you monitoring to ensure it meets the intent of the standard? Lessons learned?

We are an Epic institution and the most recent upgrade greatly extended the time for documentation of titration medications. Our IT answer is to allow block charting. While we agree in concept, we are concerned that this could become the will become the standard way of documentation. Am greatly interested in other thoughts/opinions. Thank you for your time.
