injections for patients with low BMI

Hello,

-Do you have any decision support or special workflows for patients that require heparin or enoxaparin injections, but have low BMI?
-How are you guiding the nurse to the right needle size?
-Are you using anything to reduce number of pokes, such as a subcutaneous catheter?

Thanks!
