International Fellowship Site Sought
Sreedharan Nair, an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manipal University, Manipal, India, has contacted MSOS looking for a site in the United States to conduct a fellowship in medication safety. The fellowship is funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and enables selected candidates to undergo training or research work for a period of 15 days in a chosen foreign Institute. He is seeking this fellowship to enable him to implement or make changes to the existing safety mechanisms in the University’s 2500 bed hospital.

As per the ICMR he needs to submit a letter of acceptance from the foreign institute/hospital were he/she proposes to work along with a concrete plan of the training /research work to be undertaken during the fellowship.  The entire expenses (including travel and stay) will be borne by ICMR, if selected for the fellowship.

If any member of MSOS is interested in potentially hosting this international fellowship in their facility and would like more information, please contact Sreedharan directly atnairsreedhar@gmail.com
