International Targeted Medication Safety Best Practices

For MSOs outside the United States and other interested individuals, the International Medication Safety Network (IMSN) has launched an international set of Targeted Medication Safety Best Practices. These can be found on the IMSN website at:

https://www.intmedsafe.net/imsn-global-targeted-medication-safety-best-p...

This is an international medication safety call to action aimed at preventing fatalities due to medication errors with concentrated potassium injection, inadvertent intraspinal injection of vincristine, and accidental daily instead of weekly dosing of methotrexate in patients with psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis.
