IV Workflow Software - Health System Formulary

Hello All,
We are currently building the batched product formulary for our IV workflow software (BD IV Prep) at the system level. At this point, our health system consists of one academic medical center with several community hospitals.

Unfortunately, it seems that the look-ups cannot be sorted by facility prior to batch selection. Therefore, despite efforts to minimize and standardize concentrations among facilities, there will be multiple products and concentrations available in the lookup that are not used at that facility, thereby increasing risk of product selection errors.

As such, I would be very interested in hearing from anyone who has experience with developing or maintaining the system IV workflow software formulary for batched products. In particular, I would appreciate any helpful hints you can share on how to minimize selection errors within a shared database. Thanks!
