IV Workflow System w/ Gravimetrics and Independent Double Checks for Chemo

Hello,

If your site has implemented IV workflow system with barcoding and gravimetrics for chemotherapy, how many pharmacists do the final product check involving physical handling of the product?

We have independent double check (IDC) with 2 pharmacists for the chemo order.
We also currently have IDC with 2 pharmacists for reviewing the images in the workflow system.
After this step, the tech affixes two sets of labels (IV workflow label and our own label as we don't have full integration) but does not take a photo of this step. Lastly, we have a final product check.
We are reviewing whether one vs. two pharmacists are needed for this final product check.

I've reviewed the literature for IV workflow systems +/- gravimetrics and the ISMP sterile compounding guidelines. I'm curious what other sites are actually doing.
